By enrolling for this meeting you give us the permission to photograph, film or record, utilize your name, resemblance, picture, voice and remarks and to distribute, replicate, show, appropriate, communicate, alter or potentially digitize the subsequent pictures and materials in productions, promoting materials, or in some other frame worldwide without compensation. Taking of photographs and/or videotaping during any session is prohibited.
Press permission must be acquired from the Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.
Requesting an Invitation Letter
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent just to those people who had enrolled for the gathering.
Keeping in perspective of expanded safety efforts, we might want to demand every one of the members to apply for Visa at the earliest opportunity.
We will not directly contact the embassy and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.
Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of our company including the inability to obtain a visa.
Representatives are by and by in charge of their assets at the settings. The Organizers won't be considered in charge of any stolen or missing things having a place with Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; because of any reason at all.
Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to our respective email address.
In the event that we wipe out this occasion for any reason, you will get an acknowledgment for 100% of the enrollment charge paid. You can utilize this credit for another occasion which must happen inside one year from the date of cancellation.
If the event postpones for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may utilize this credit for another occasion which must happen inside one year from the date of deferment.
Transfer of registration
All completely paid enrollments are transferable to other person from a similar association, if enlisted individual can't go to the event. Transfers must be made by the enrolled individual in keeping in touch with our email address. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.
Enlistment can be exchanged to one meeting to another gathering if the individual can't go to one of gatherings.
However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 30 days of respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
If the speaker is unable to attend and want a refund then the following refund policies apply:
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following-

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Accommodation Providers have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us 30 days prior if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and Validity
These terms and conditions were published on 1st March 2017 and replace with immediate effect the terms and conditions previously published.
